Join Dr. Ingemaud Gerber, celebrity trainer Tommy Europe, Marin McCue, Sarah Harvie, Erin Beach and Melissa Goldsmith for an active day of fitness, yoga, healthy cooking demonstrations, outdoor adventure, and a sleep workshop. We’ll wrap up with a beautiful Yoga Nidra practice, accompanied by a live cello performance.

Enjoy energizing healthy snacks and refreshers while getting to know the people who have joined you on your journey to wellness.
11:00 am to 11:30 am: The Evolve Retreat Co. Experience and The Body-Mind Mindset with Marin McCue.
Begin your journey to wellness with Marin McCue with a quick taste of what it feels and looks like to live in a state of embodied mindfulness. A guided meditative experience to meet yourself where you’re at and to create a clear path of action that will ensure your day at Evolve is supporting you to get closer to your health goals.
11:30 am to 12:30 pm: Outdoor Group Fitness with Tommy Europe.
Our fitness program incorporates the latest best-in-class techniques to help you push your physical boundaries, increase your skills, and improve your endurance, cardio, flexibility, and strength. Join Canada’s most recognized and sought-after fitness coach, Tommy Europe, as he takes his celebrated fitness class to the great outdoors.
12:45 pm to 1:30 pm: Nourishing Lunch
1:30 pm to 2:15 pm: “Food for Thought”: An Interactive Nutrition Workshop with Registered Dietician, Melissa Goldsmith
Developing better eating habits is an important first step toward living a healthier lifestyle. Registered Dietitian, Melissa Goldsmith, will teach you how to adopt her recommended daily diet to optimal health with an importance of eating whole foods. A focus on incorporating more fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants, by consuming nutrient-rich foods such as vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, seafood, lean poultry and meat, and legumes into your daily diet.
In this interactive nutrition workshop you will learn best choices when purchasing packaged food items. Shared information will provide you with the knowledge to cut through misleading food label details, in addition, instructions on how to review ingredients and nutrition tables. Fun food facts and tips are included to help you conquer the grocery store like a pro!
2:15 pm to 3:00 pm: Relax and Connect
Take time for a private lifestyle consultation with one of our wellness experts or retreat to your favourite space on the property for some well deserved quiet time.
3:00 pm to 4:00 pm: Mindfulness Nature Walk with Sarah Harvie
Enjoy a walk on the property while soaking up the natural beauty and amazing views of the foothills of the iconic Rocky Mountains. Focus on the health benefits of mindfully spending time in nature.
4:00 pm to 4:15 pm: Afternoon Snack and Refresher
4:15 pm to 5:15 pm: “Sleep, The Missing Variable” with Dr. Ingemaud Gerber, MD
Few things are as coveted as good sleep: studies show that quality sleep adds years to your life and, over time, increases happiness and production. We take a look at scientifically proven tips that will help guarantee you wakeful days and blissful nights. Finish up with sleep-promoting breath and body work with Marin McCue.
5:30 pm to 6:15 pm: Dinner
6:30 pm to 8:00 pm: Yoga Nidra and Live Cello with Sarah Harvie and Erin Beach
This 90-minute Yoga Workshop is led by Sarah Harvie, and features classically-trained cello player Erin Beach. Practice begins with Gentle Asana, followed by a beautiful Yoga Nidra practice, and finishes with a 20-minute meditation, all to the soothing sounds of the cello. Yoga Nidra is a deep and blissful state of yogic relaxation. Through a guided meditation, the body is led into a relaxed sleep state while the mind remains alert and aware. Participants are invited to call forth a “Sankalpa”–a deep aspiration or intention (“I am healthy”; “I am happy”; “I am grateful”)–which is infused into this higher state of consciousness to reach places of stillness.
