Kundalini Yoga (the Yoga of Awareness) is designed to train your nervous system to deal more gracefully with stress. Using breathe ~ body techniques to rise above your daily challenges. Kundalini Yoga is a technology designed to make you the Best version of you – a better parent, daughter, son, business person, community member. You will leave this workshop with effective Kundalini “technologies” to use in your daily life to boost your nervous system & manage stress. Come find out what the Kundalini Revolution is all about.

The workshop includes a practice of Kriyas (postures with breathe technologies) to settle & strengthen the nervous system, meditation (you will be surprised ease & focus you will have to sit) & a discussion on how to practice Kundalini in your daily life both on and off the mat. The emphasis of the workshop is for you to experience new mind states in real time during the practice. You will feel energized for life in new ways after this workshop.

This is very different from a physical yoga workshop – no chatarangas (yoga push ups) or arm balances here! Question?
